Introduction

Magnesia carbon brick main chemical composition is MgO and C, and no congruent phenomenon between MgO and C under high temperature. Magnesia Carbon brick is resin-bonded brick made from dead-burned or fused magnesia and graphite. Anti-oxidant is added if required. Magnesia Carbon brick has good performance in thermal resistance, corrosion resistance and spalling resistance.

Features

We produce a wide range of ladle MgO-C bricks. These bricks contain carbon (5%-20%) and fused, sintered, or large crystal magnesia. These products are resin-bonded and have powered metals added for oxidation resistance. These products are widely used in the ladle slag lines, transition zones, barrels, and bottoms.
